WHEN WILL YOU ARRIVE AT OUR WEDDING AND WHAT TO EXPECT PRE-CEREMONY?
I will arrive 1 to 2 hours before your ceremony starts to get b-roll, video of the bride getting ready, groom getting ready, and to meet with your photographer. My arrival and departure time is listed on your contract. Before your ceremony starts, I'll set up a second camera on a tripod near the back (if your package includes a second camera) And if your package includes audio from your ceremony, I will have an external audio recorder plugged into the sound system, or a mic attached to the groom.
WILL YOU BE WORKING WITH OUR PHOTOGRAPHER?
Yes, I will be working side by side with your photographer. I can easily adapt to photographers shooting styles so us working together will not be a problem. Please notify your photographer that I will be present.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE CEREMONY
I'll be shooting side by side with your photographer at this time, and capturing everything I need to make your video AMAZING!
FAMILY PHOTOS/VIDEO AFTER YOUR CEREMONY
While your photographer is directing your family and taking pictures, I will be capturing the candid moments that are happening during this time and will jump in and direct shots when needed.
RECEPTION
Depending on your package coverage, I will be there to capture everything including your final exit. Most all of the shots I take at your reception will be candid and minimally directed. I’ll be all over the place shooting details, food, family, friends, dancing, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss, etc.
MUSIC SELECTIONS FOR YOUR VIDEO
Because of music copyright laws, the music for your wedding video will need to be licensed if you want it available to the public, for instance, on social media. There are a few different licensing sites to choose from that have tons of great music. Feel free to browse through the sites I’ve provided below.

Once I'm ready to get started on your video, I will get in touch with you and put together a list of song suggestions, however the final decision for the music is up to you. 🙂
WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
The final payment is due 3 weeks prior to your wedding date. You will receive a PayPal invoice via email before the due date, or you can Venmo me directly @jeremyandersonfilms
WHEN WILL OUR VIDEO BE COMPLETE?
Because of the high volume of weddings I shoot a year, my turn around time is about 2-3 months after the wedding date, but I do offer a one month rush turn around for an additional $500. If that’s something you’d like to add to your package, please let me know before your wedding.
HOW WILL MY PRODUCT BE DELIVERED?
Through an online streaming link, a digital copy, and if you added raw footage to your package, it will be delivered by mail on a usb flash drive or hard drive.
